Can Mark Eisner be Influential for topic Kloutless?
So, what’s your take on Klout scores?
On Facebook and Twitter recently Klout has been getting lots of discussion. Mark Eisner of Advanced Land & Water is a small business owner trying to use more Social Media techniques to strengthen his internet presence. And a fine job he’s doing at it, I might say. Go Mark! But even with a high Klout score of 55, he remains Kloutless with no Influential topics at all. What’s up with that?

How to avoid the dreaded “Unsubscribe” Request
It’s clean out email trash day around here again … and I’ve got to shout out (or at) email marketers!
1. The quickest way to a Trash Bin is to oversend emails. Seriously, stop email overkill. I have found myself on the opt-in list of many Internet Marketers who are sending up to 8 emails a day … every day!
Oh my. Do they really think we can’t go a few hours without hearing their latest offer or words of wisdom? Or we’ll forget them if not hounded by email? If your writing isn’t more memorable than that – give it up!

Sending too many emails will get you un-subscribed …. or un-read.
Now, let me elaborate. I just spent over an hour Unsubscribing to Email Marketers who abuse the auto responder system. After months of being overwhelmed daily by Internet Marketing Tips, Tricks, Schemes and Scams, I’ve had it. And I’m not alone.

The biggest mistake I made in internet marketing during 2010? I just had way too much going on and found myself scattered … which leads to putting out fires. I’ve always been good at multi-tasking but this got way out of hand. Have you ever been there? Read more...
‘Farmer’ Algorithm Update: Ezine Articles slapped too?
Even Ezine Articles is vulnerable to Google tightening. Are you? Just after the major “corrections”, I posted my SEO View of Latest Google Update. I’m addressing a reader’s comment because it warrants an update.
Nick commented: “Ezine Articles was hit really bad by this update. I heard that their traffic went down massively.”
Yes, it is so true. Twice. The Panda Google Algorithm update hit many website URLs hard in February; then again in April 2011.
Ezine Articles included. It is estimated that Ezine Articles lost 35% of their traffic.
It is this blogger’s understanding that they are fighting back by tightening up and making modifications to their parameters including:
