Finally, before their hand goes for the wallet or the "Buy Now" button, they must decide that they want or need what you have to sell and that you are the best business to buy it from.

Tie them closely together and make sure that what you say they will find, in the blurb the search engines show, will be at the other end. You want folks thinking: "Yes, I found it." not "What the … ". Don’t waste people’s time sending them down the wrong path. You are there to solve a problem, meet a need, fulfill a want. Do that!
