Blog Comment Link Juice

1st order of business for my self-hosted WordPress.org blog was to add  plenty of Comment Link Juice for bloggers and visitors:

  •  Do-Follow Links monitored for spam until we know your comments are “on topic”.
  • KeyWord Luv gives you the option to add keyword anchor text to the link in the name field.(Example: Linda Yarbrough@Media Marketing Strategy) This will link to the URL entered.
  • Comment Luv auto links to your last Blog Post by Title.(Example: Linda Yarbrough @ Media Marketing Strategy recently posted..  Google SEO – Tight IS Right)
  • Twitter ID Link Box - makes it ultra easy for this blogs readers to Follow You on Twitter.

If you have ANY questions about how to use these functions, just ask!  I’ll be happy to walk you through setting it up.  Long-time Internet Marketers and Bloggers will know how important these value-added features are.

Social Media Marketing Group – Review

I’ve just joined a Facebook Group called “You Can Do” Social Media Marketing.  This group is new but already extremely active!  Started by Kim Garst of Social Media Branding.com, it looks like it will give new meaning to the concept of “community”.

Already there have been questions about Linked in, Twitter, Facebook, Blogging, the power of WordPress,  etc.  Even discussions on new website projects members are working on, critiques, resources and encouragement.  It’s highly interactive and insightful!

Quickly, it has shown how hungry marketers and bloggers are for information on best practices in social media marketing.

Can Mark Eisner be Influential for topic Kloutless?

Social Media Basics: Marketing Synergy

Social Media Basics for Small Business:
Create Marketing Synergy

After 30 years in Advertising, Marketing and Media Buying, one of my favorite marketing terms has always been synergy: the working together of two things to produce an effect greater than the sum of their individual effects. It doesn’t get much better than this. The internet super-charges Marketing Synergy for a small business like no other medium.

Television Media Buying – TV Then; Now

Based on my vast experience as a Media Planner and Media Buyer, I was recently asked: "How has Television Media Buying changed during your long media career?"

First a bit about my background: My TV experience spans 30 years in all forms of Television Media Buying – from network broadcast, national cable, television syndication, local spot market TV and Cable to Direct Response Television DR TV and everything in between.

There is no question that the Television market has been fragmented by the growth of strong Cable Networks, Television Syndication and the Internet.
In years gone by, most of the mass broadcast audience could be reached by the major television networks. That’s just not the case today.
